- We avoid unnecessary use of girder trusses.
- Figure stepped trusses instead of valley trusses where feasible.
- Bevel the bottom chord of valley trusses and deduct for roof sheathing.
- Drop the flat top chords on stepped trusses for purlins or gable overlays.
- Design hip trusses with the stepped down system. (No California style hips)
- Hipmaster trusses are figured @ full height for ease in setting end jack trusses.
- Figure Gable overlays @ customers request for hip roof.
- 6'-0 setback typically figured on hip roofs with open end jacks and corner jacks.
- End jacks, corner jacks & hip jacks are accurately cut to length. Top & bottom chords have compound bevel cuts as needed.
- We design true radius trusses for rounded roof planes and barrel vaults. Top and bottom chords are cut to the true radius. (No segmented chords)
- All trusses have a white tag attached to one end of truss specifying truss label, loading, spacing & quantity.
- Trusses are delivered by roll off trailer.
- We will not deliver trusses before you need them on site.
- Detailed roof truss layout furnished with truss paperwork including extra copies of the layout for on site.
- Roof truss paperwork sent together with the floor truss paperwork along with the floor truss delivery(when possible).
